Job summary

The Sheet Metal Supervisor at Skyways Technics Poland coordinates day-to-day sheet metal repair activities in the component repair workshop, plans daily work, and supervises technicians to ensure safe, efficient repairs. You will maintain hands-on presence, resolve production challenges, and ensure compliance with approved maintenance data and Polish regulations.

Minimum 7 years in sheet metal or structural repair with 2+ years in a supervisory role, English communication skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

Technical or vocational education in aircraft maintenance or related discipline.
Advanced knowledge of aircraft sheet metal and structural repair techniques.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret CMMs, SRMs, drawings and repair instructions.
Good knowledge of aircraft structural materials and manufacturing techniques.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, in an international organization.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Sheet Metal Workshop.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to technicians based on workload and priorities.
Monitor repair progress against turnaround times and production targets.
Provide hands-on technical guidance for complex structural repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with Part-145 requirements and company procedures.
