Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Requirements Analyst to join a project in the power sector. You will analyze stakeholder needs, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with Product Owner and development teams to ensure the energy platform meets technical and business requirements.

The role includes modeling business processes, defining data flows, and designing integrations with SAP, Salesforce and PLM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to production, service, and monitoring of transformers.
• Proactive approach to learning and understanding the specifics of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders.
• Gathering and clarifying needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices.
• Preparing functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaboration with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Modeling business processes and data flows.
• Participation in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions - significant integrations with PLM (product lifecycle management), SAP, Salesforce systems.
• Supporting the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
