Sii Poland is hiring a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join a project in the energy sector, focusing on configuring and pricing energy devices. You will work with domain experts and cross-functional teams to deliver clear requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities include workshops, modeling processes and data flows, and designing integrations with SAP, Salesforce and PLM. English proficiency is essential for international collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices and transformers.
• Very good English (B2+/C1) for daily international collaboration.
• Experience in workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to production, service and monitoring of transformers.
• Proactive approach to learning industry specifics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather, clarify and document needs for monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and SAP, Salesforce and PLM.
