Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join a project in the power sector. You will analyze business and technical requirements, gather needs for monitoring energy devices, and translate them into functional specs and user stories.

You will collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs. The role involves modeling data flows, supporting testing and deployments, and designing integrations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices and transformers.
• Very good English (B2+/C1) for daily international collaboration.
• Experience running workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and developers.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and external solutions (SAP, Salesforce, PLM).
