Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a project in the energy sector, focused on a global CPQ platform for configuring and pricing energy devices. You will work closely with Product Owner and domain experts to model processes and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, enabling effective delivery and continuous improvement in transformer-related

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business requirements analysis experience.
• Domain knowledge in energy, transformers, and electrical devices.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) for daily international collaboration.
• Experience in workshops, elicitation, and requirements analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and data flows.
• Willingness to work closely with domain experts on transformers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
