Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join a project in the power sector. You will analyze stakeholder requirements, model business processes, and prepare functional specs while collaborating with product owners and technical teams.

Work closely with domain experts to understand transformers and energy devices, and participate in designing integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems. The role offers growth in a global energy platform context.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis.
Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
Fluent English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
Experience in workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements.
Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Gather and clarify needs for monitoring energy devices.
Prepare functional specs and user stories.
Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts and development teams.
Model business processes and data flows.
Design integrations between client systems and external solutions (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
Support testing, deployments and impact analysis of changes.
