Sii Poland is hiring a Senior Business Requirements Analyst for a power-sector project to build and maintain a global CPQ platform integrated with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems. You will gather stakeholder needs, craft functional specs, and model processes with the Product Owner and engineering teams.

You will work in English within an international environment, contribute to testing and deployments, and deepen knowledge of transformers and energy device configurations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices and transformers.
• Excellent English (B2+/C1) for daily international collaboration.
• Experience in workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to transformers production, service, and monitoring.
• Proactive approach to learning industry specifics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Participate in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
• Support the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
