Job summary

ENGIE Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with IT solutions for the BeeStone Sales-to-Cash stream. The role focuses on collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define solutions, perform analyses, and support delivery in a high-impact transformation program.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Engineering/IT and 10+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of SDLC, APIs, SQL/Oracle, and energy market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, IT or Digital.
• 10+ years of experience in IT/business analysis.
• Experience with agile delivery and backlog tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and software architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing (Postman).
• SQL/Oracle data querying and data analysis.
• Experience in energy supply and Polish energy market.
• Fluent Polish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with product owners and stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility and impact assessments.
• Specify requirements and define IT delivery solutions.
• Support testing and validation of the solution.
• Train and support end users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support sprint delivery by refining stories and answering questions.
