Job summary

Sii Poland invites a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team working on digital solutions for Remarketing in the used-vehicle space. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners, and support IT teams across borders in delivering sustainable solutions.

You will work with backlog prioritization, functional testing, and UAT, help plan rollouts, and coordinate change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams.
• Practical knowledge of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Define, document and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
• Plan and support functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support solution rollouts and change management activities.
• Identify business impacts of new solutions and define action plans.
• Act as a link between business stakeholders and project/maintenance teams.
• Provide functional support, monitor production and coordinate user requests.
