Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join a project in the power sector, focusing on a global platform for configuring and pricing energy devices. You will gather requirements, create specifications, and work with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams to model processes and data flows.

Collaborating with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM integrations, you will enhance energy device monitoring and contribute to transformer-related knowledge in a dynamic international

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) for daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to production, service, and monitoring of transformers.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders.
• Gathering and clarifying needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices.
• Preparing functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaboration with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Modeling business processes and data flows.
• Participation in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions - significant integrations with PLM, SAP, Salesforce systems.
• Supporting the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
