Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Requirements Analyst for a project in the power sector. You will develop and maintain a global CPQ platform to configure, price, and quote energy devices, with deep integration to SAP, Salesforce, and PLM ecosystems.

You will work closely with product owners and domain experts, modeling processes and data flows to support transformers and related energy technologies in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to transformers production, service, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and dev teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and external solutions (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
• Support testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
