Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager who can blend Salesforce expertise with a strong product and business mindset. You will develop and enhance Salesforce-based solutions that support employees, managers and operations in an international environment.

You will work with business stakeholders to structure complex processes, prioritise requirements, translate user needs into practical features, and guide roadmaps, backlog, and long-term development.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years in Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst/Salesforce Consultant with a business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives.
