Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce-focused Product Owner/Manager to shape solutions that empower employees, managers and operations in an international setting. You will translate user needs into practical Salesforce-backed improvements, manage the backlog, set priorities with business stakeholders, and contribute to the product vision and roadmap.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives
