Sii is seeking a Salesforce-focused Product Owner to translate business needs into practical solutions across international teams. You will help shape strategy, manage the backlog, and ensure value delivery for Salesforce-based products.

You’ll prioritize requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements for a positive user experience across employees, managers, and operations in a global context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/Manager or Salesforce consulting with a business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Backlog management and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Workshops facilitation and requirements definition.
• Bridge between business and tech teams; strong Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce-based product development with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Manage backlog, set priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to vision, roadmap planning and long-term strategy.
• Translate user needs into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Monitor usage, collect feedback, identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate new feature implementations and change adoption.
