Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with a strong Salesforce Service Cloud focus to drive the development of employee, manager, and operations experiences in an international setting. You will work with business stakeholders to bring structure to complex processes, defining requirements and shaping a holistic product roadmap.

The role emphasizes business needs discovery and leveraging Salesforce capabilities without hands-on platform administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce Consultant role with a business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and priorities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and defining business solutions.
• Bridging gaps between business and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile and product-team collaboration.
• Excellent English and Polish communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Monitor product usage and gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption initiatives.
