Job summary

Sii Poland in Białystok seeks a Product Owner to drive Salesforce-based product development. You will align business needs with Salesforce capabilities, shape roadmaps, and manage requirements across international stakeholders.

The role emphasizes business-focused analysis, backlog prioritization, and effective collaboration without hands-on development. Strong communication in English and Polish is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy.
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives.
