Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with a strong business mindset to drive Salesforce-based solutions across employee, manager and operations experiences in an international setting.

You will translate user needs into practical requirements, shape the product strategy, manage the backlog and collaborate with stakeholders across countries to deliver value. The role emphasizes business outcomes over hands-on development.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant with business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and defining business solutions.
• Bridges business stakeholders and technology teams in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives.
