Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to shape Salesforce-based solutions for diverse stakeholders across an international environment. You will translate user needs into practical requirements, manage the backlog, and help define the product roadmap with business partners.

Requires 4+ years in product roles, strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience, and fluent English and Polish. Polish residency is expected, with collaboration across multiple teams and countries.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Living in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process
