Sii in Kraków is hiring a Salesforce Product Owner to lead development and enhancements for employee and operations experiences in an international setting. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical Salesforce solutions and manage the backlog with a clear roadmap.

The role requires 4+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consulting, hands-on Service Cloud experience, and strong English/Polish communication within a global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant with business focus
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Backlog management and prioritising with stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
• Bridge between business and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile practices
• Excellent English and Polish communication in an international setting
• Living in Poland

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud
• Managing backlog and defining priorities with business stakeholders
• Co-creating product vision, roadmap and strategic direction
• Analyzing user needs and translating into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across countries
• Monitoring adoption, gathering feedback and identifying improvements
• Coordinating implementation of new functionalities and change adoption
