Job summary

Sii Poland is searching for a Product Owner/Manager with strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience to drive the development and enhancement of key Salesforce-based products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions, shaping the product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives.
