Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to drive the development and continuous improvement of Service Cloud based products in an international context. You will work closely with business stakeholders to structure complex processes, prioritize requirements, and translate user needs into practical solutions, ensuring a holistic product strategy from roadmap to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner/Manager/Business Analyst role or Salesforce consultant with strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, especially Service Cloud.
• Manage product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption.
