Sii Poland seeks a Product Owner with strong Salesforce experience to drive product development in an international setting. You will translate business needs into practical Salesforce-based solutions and prioritise the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries.

In this role, you will shape the product vision and roadmap, analyse user requirements, and coordinate cross-team delivery while promoting effective change adoption and adoption monitoring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Owner/PM/Business Analyst/Salesforce consultant with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven backlog management and collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and defining business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities with business stakeholders.
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Driving communication with stakeholders across business areas and countries.
• Monitoring product adoption and gathering user feedback for improvements.
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting change adoption.
