Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Product Owner to bridge business needs with Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You will shape product strategy, manage backlogs, and translate user needs into practical requirements in an international setting.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, roadmap planning, and driving continuous improvements while ensuring a strong user experience. English and Polish communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and prioritize requirements with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams; strong English and Polish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries; gather feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption initiatives.
