Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with strong Salesforce Service Cloud focus to bridge business needs and technology. You will shape product strategy, manage the backlog, and translate user needs into practical solutions across an international setting.

The role emphasizes business analysis over hands-on development, requiring cross-functional collaboration to drive value and adoption of new features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives
