Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking a Product Owner/Manager with strong Salesforce domain knowledge to drive the strategy and delivery of Salesforce-based products. You will work with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage the backlog, and align roadmaps with long-term goals, while ensuring a great user experience across cultures.

Qualifications

4+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant with business focus.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and backlog management.
Ability to bridge business stakeholders and tech teams; strong English/Polish.

Responsibilities

Own development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, especially Service Cloud.
Manage product backlog and set priorities with business stakeholders.
Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
Translate user needs into business and functional requirements.
Communicate across functions and countries; monitor usage and gather feedback.
Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption.
