Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Salesforce-focused Product Owner/Manager to develop and enhance key Salesforce-based solutions that improve experiences for employees, managers, and operations in an international setting.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, streamline processes, define requirements, and translate user needs into practical solutions across regions. Excellent English and Polish required; Poland-based.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills in an international environment.
• Living in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities with business stakeholders.
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Driving communication with stakeholders across business areas and countries.
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting change adoption processes.
