Job summary

Buynomics is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own our GTM systems and end-to-end processes. You will build and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot automation, ensuring clean data and scalable workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

A strong technical mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential. You will shape forecasting models, improve forecast accuracy, and drive cross-functional alignment on revenue initiatives, with opportunities to experiment with Claude and other

Qualifications

3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS startup
Strong admin skills in Salesforce and HubSpot
Hands-on with low/no-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)

Responsibilities

Own GTM tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, and connectors.
Streamline and redesign workflows with flows and automations.
Build full-funnel reporting across lifecycle for insights.
Support forecasting with pipeline models and risk insights.
Coordinate cross-functional GTM projects across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
Maintain data quality and governance across CRM and tools.
Explore AI-assisted automation and pilot new approaches.
