Job summary

Tiugo, the company behind CKEditor, TinyMCE, Uploadcare and ButterCMS, seeks a Senior RevOps Leader to own the revenue engine across four brands. You will design the end-to-end customer journey, unify forecasting, deal desk, and field enablement, and partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Product and Engineering to drive scale.

You will lead a multi-brand, AI-enabled GTM function in a fully remote, international setting, guiding strategy, governance, and performance to accelerate ARR

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue or go-to-market operations, with 5+ leading the function at a B2B SaaS company between roughly $30M and $150M ARR.
• Experience running operations for products-led and sales-assisted motions, with aligned definitions.
• Deep Salesforce fluency and data-modeling capabilities; comfortable with AI in GTM.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end revenue journey across self-service and sales-assisted motions for multiple brands.
• Unify revenue operations: funnel, data, systems, and forecasting across the org.
• Lead planning, quota design, and deal desk processes for enterprise and AI deals.
• Build field enablement, GTM engineering, and AI-enabled revenue automation.
• Partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Engineering on governance and metrics.
