YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. The position focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), managing revenue tools (quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems), and building optimized sales and customer success workflows while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
