Job summary
Voucherify seeks a hands-on, data-driven GTM Engineer to design and run the automated engine behind our growth pipeline. You will own outbound and funnel automation, turning ICP, data, and signals into qualified opportunities with direct access to leadership.
You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to test ideas quickly, optimize sequences, and scale multi-channel outreach while maintaining data quality and deliverability across platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in outbound, growth, SDR/BDR, RevOps or GTM engineering, B2B SaaS
- Experience with modern GTM stack and orchestration tools
- Experience with AI and large language models for automation
- Strong data, APIs, webhooks, and scripting chops
- Excellent outbound copy that converts and explains API-first products
- Ability to own projects, ship systems, and operate autonomously
Responsibilities
- Build the signal engine with automated workflows and buying signals
- Own targeting and data cleaning, enrichment, and CRM syncing
- Run multi-channel outbound with personalized sequences across email/LinkedIn
- Experiment with copy, sequences, segments, offers, and volume
- Turn events, webinars, and paid campaigns into pipeline with fast follow-up
- Shape GTM strategy with Sales and Marketing based on data KPIs and funnel insights
