Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager for a fully remote role. You will own CRM systems, drive sales process improvements, and enable forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting across the organization.

In this position, you will collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to align GTM strategies, support pricing decisions, and deliver insightful dashboards for senior management, all while maintaining governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations, IT services or tech company.
• Strong CRM platform proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales processes, tools, and workflows.
• Own CRM platform data tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Analyze sales data for forecasting, territory planning, and quotas.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to remove bottlenecks.
• Coordinate sales training and onboarding programs.
• Support pricing, proposal creation, and deal desk.
• Align GTM strategies with marketing and delivery teams.
• Create dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and contracts governance.
