Job summary

Huawei invites a results-driven Retail Industry Representative to join our Warsaw team. You will develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the retail sector to hit revenue targets, build relationships with key retail customers, and expand Huawei’s market presence across Poland.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years in sales or business development, fluent English and Polish, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the retail industry to achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, decision-makers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within the retail sector and expand Huawei’s customer base and market presence.
• Understand customers’ business strategies, operational challenges, and digital transformation needs, and identify opportunities to introduce Huawei’s products and solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity identification, customer engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
