Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a Vice President of Technology for a remote executive role. You will be the chief architect of the company’s technology foundation, shaping its innovation strategy and building a scalable infrastructure across IT services, SaaS platforms, digital products, and multi-sector businesses.

You will lead a global engineering organization, drive cloud-native architectures, AI/ML initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable solutions while aligning tech with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership.
• End-to-end architecture for large-scale digital platforms and infrastructure.
• Builder and strategist with speed from whiteboard to deployment.
• Led full-stack development teams and modernized legacy systems.
• Cloud-native architectures, data engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and emerging tech (RPA).
• Cross-functional collaboration with CEO, product, design and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide technology roadmap across cloud, platforms, data, DevOps, and security.
• Lead long-term architecture and innovation across tech services, SaaS, staffing, hospitality, and more.
• Build, mentor, and manage a global distributed engineering organization with excellence, velocity and accountability.
• Implement best practices in software dev, testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
• Oversee development of internal and external digital products including SaaS tools and automation systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver secure, scalable tech solutions.
