Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a Unity Developers for a remote executive role to architect and scale a multi-sector tech platform, guiding cloud, data, DevSecOps, and product delivery at a global level.

As a leader, you will build and mentor a distributed engineering organization, drive modern architectures, and partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions across SaaS tools and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership.
• End-to-end architecture ownership for large-scale platforms.
• Experience scaling SaaS or service-based environments.
• Fluent in cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the technology roadmap spanning cloud, data, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
• Leading long-term architecture and innovation initiatives across business verticals: tech services, SaaS, staffing, hospitality, and more.
• Building, mentoring, and managing a global, distributed engineering organization with a culture of excellence, velocity, and accountability.
• Overseeing development of internal and external-facing digital products, including SaaS tools, service platforms, and automation systems.
• Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver delightful, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
• Driving adoption of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to increase efficiency and competitive advantage across all business units.
