Job summary

Concentrix is offering a full-time, 100% remote position from Poland for multilingual customer service. You will handle inquiries in English through email and phone calls in French or Polish, supporting both B2C and B2B customers with a focus on electronics-related issues.

The role requires fluency in French and Polish, plus strong English, plus a technical interest. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for development through Concentrix Academy and other courses.

Qualifications

Fluent French (C1/C2) written and spoken.
Fluent Polish (C2) written and spoken.
Very good English (B2/C1) written and spoken.
Technical understanding of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
Support international market (individual and business customers).
Deal with complaints, post-warranty inquiries, and technical issues.
Explain how electronics devices work to non-technical customers.
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner.
Input data accurately and type quickly.
