Job summary

Concentrix is hiring for a fully remote customer support role based in Poland. You will handle emails in English and calls in French or Polish, supporting both individual and business customers across international markets.

A strong electronics interest helps explain device workings to non-technical customers while maintaining a friendly, professional service. The role offers full-time employment with on-boarding training, access to Concentrix Academy, and ongoing development through Concentrix

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Fluent Polish (C2) written and spoken.
• Very good English (B2/C1) written and spoken.
• Technical understanding of electronics preferred.
• Experience in customer service (B2B/B2C).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via e-mails in English and calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market (B2C and B2B).
• Explain how electronics devices work to non-technical customers.
• Input data accurately and communicate clearly.
