Job summary

Concentrix is hiring for a remote Poland-based customer service role. You will handle inquiries in English and calls in French or Polish, supporting both individual and business customers across international markets.

You will explain how electronics work and address technical issues with a friendly, professional approach. The role requires fluent French, Polish, and strong English, plus a technical interest in electronics and a calm demeanor with challenging customers.

Qualifications

Fluent French (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.
Fluent Polish (C2) – both written and spoken.
Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken.
Technical understanding of how electronic devices work.
Ability to stay calm with challenging customers.
Team player with good IT tool skills.
Experience in customer service (individual/business).
Interest in new technology and electronics trends.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries: e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
Support international market: individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
Deal with complaints, post-warranty inquiries, and technical issues.
Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about service quality.
Input data, write quickly and clearly.
