Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a multilingual customer service specialist to handle emails in English and calls in French or Polish. You will support both individual and business customers, addressing complaints, post-warranty inquiries, and technical issues while explaining device functionality in plain language.

Work is 100% remote from Poland with dedicated training and development opportunities. The role emphasizes a customer-focused, professional approach and accurate data input.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.
• Fluent Polish (C2) – both written and spoken.
• Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken.
• Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of electronics.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries: emails in English and calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market: individual and business customers (B2C/B2B).
• Deal with complaints, post-warranty repairs inquiries, and technical issues.
• Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work and what's inside the device.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, customer-focused manner to ensure service quality.
• Input data accurately and write clearly.
