Job summary

Concentrix is hiring for a full-time, 100% remote role based in Poland. You will handle customer inquiries by email in English and calls in French or Polish, supporting both individual and business customers.

You will explain how electronics work, explain device internals, and maintain high service quality through friendly, professional communication. Training is provided, with growth opportunities through Concentrix Academy and ongoing courses.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Fluent Polish (C2) written and spoken.
• Very good English (B2/C1) written and spoken.
• Interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market (individual and business customers).
• Address complaints, post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.
• Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work and what is inside.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, customer-focused manner to ensure service quality.
• Input data accurately and type quickly.
