Concentrix is hiring for a remote customer support role in Poland. You will handle inquiries by email (English) and calls (French/Polish), support both individual and business customers, and explain how electronics devices work. You’ll communicate professionally and efficiently, while inputting data accurately.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Fluent Polish (written and spoken).
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Technical understanding of electronics devices.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market for individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
• Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work and what is inside the device.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to ensure service quality.
• Input data, write quickly and clearly.
