Job summary

Concentrix Poznań is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle inquiries via e-mail in English and calls in French or Polish, supporting both B2C and B2B customers across international markets.

We offer a full-time contract with a monthly salary of 7,000 zł gross, remote work from Poland, thorough training, and exciting development opportunities through Concentrix Academy and online courses.

Qualifications

Fluent French (C1/C2) in written and spoken.
Fluent Polish (C2) in written and spoken.
Very good English (B2/C1) in written and spoken.
Technical understanding of electronics devices.
Ability to calmly handle challenging customers.
Team player with IT skills and a quality focus.
Experience in customer service (B2C and B2B).
Interest in technology and electronics trends.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries: e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.
Support international market: individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
Deal with topics: complaints, post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.
Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.
