Recruitable is hiring BDRs/SDRs on behalf of multiple high-growth companies across SaaS, fintech, and other fast-moving industries. This role offers a starting point for your sales journey with a clear path for growth in tech sales.

You’ll outbound prospect, qualify leads, and collaborate with marketing, while using CRM tools and staying ahead of industry trends. Flexible remote/hybrid options available depending on client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for learning
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by goals.

Aufgaben

• Proactively drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on clear criteria and schedule discovery calls or product demos.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Stay informed about client offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation targets.
