Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up, onboarding progress, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team accountable for follow-ups, demos, conversion, CRM discipline, and progress.
• Coach the team on discovery, demos, objection handling, urgency, closing, onboarding, and client communication.
• Monitor active files to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to Property Management.
• Handle underperformance with coaching plans and PIP decisions.
• Report team performance clearly to leadership.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, call summaries, QA, and coaching insights.
