We are growing and seek a high-performing Sales Representative to drive revenue for our Java-based backend and enterprise software services. As a Sales Representative - Spring Boot (Java), you will lead business development for backend solutions, prospecting, qualifying

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B tech or software services sales.
Proven track record of selling custom enterprise solutions, ideally involving Java/Spring Boot.
Basic technical knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and Java backend frameworks.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Spring Boot/Java development services.
Understand client pain points and propose backend architecture and software solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and deliver proposals, demos, and custom solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM systems.
Build relationships with key decision-makers in IT, finance, and healthcare domains.
Stay up to date with Java ecosystem trends and client needs.
