We are seeking a tech-savvy Sales Representative with proven experience selling Java-based software services to identify potential clients, pitch tailored Java development services, and close deals that contribute to the growth of Pentoz’s backend and enterprise application offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in software development or IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time, and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound and inbound sales for Java development and enterprise solutions.
• Understand client pain points and position custom Java-based applications as solutions.
• Collaborate with the tech team to develop proposals, quotes, and solution architectures.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on Java ecosystem trends, cloud adoption, and related enterprise tech needs.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
