Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise to customer needs in process industries. The role reports to Sales Manager and collaborates with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies at the Poland location.

The position is fully remote, employed through our Warsaw entity, with extensive travel (about 70% locally and occasional European trips).

Qualifications

• University or college degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering or a related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in technical investment goods (B2B).
• Experience in process industries is desirable.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to undertake extensive local business travel (70% of working time) and occasional European trips.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven and motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
