Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Poland to drive growth across the European market. You will bridge HQ and the Polish market, ensuring equipment commissioning and expanding the distributor and client network in the food processing sector.

The role blends hands-on technical support with business development, requiring strong communication in Polish and English and the ability to manage channel partners and key accounts across Europe.

Qualifications

• Education in Automation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering; open to Technikum or Polytechnik graduates.
• 1–5 years in industrial equipment sales or technical commissioning.
• Experience with food processing or packaging machinery is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, debugging, and testing.
• Conduct technical and operational training for customers and partners.
• Identify key accounts and map distributor channels in the food processing industry.
• Coordinate client visits, sample testing, and manage project lifecycles from inquiry to closing.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local distributors and sales agents to grow market coverage.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to support strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and regional events.
