Job summary

Envanio Germany GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales in Poland and Eastern Europe from a home-based position in Poland, with regular travel to customer sites and partners. You will develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and lead negotiations while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record in industrial plant construction, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of sales and business development in industrial plant construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Polish (C2) and good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for Poland and Eastern Europe in line with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Support customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to headquarters on sales performance and market trends.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.
