Job summary

NedGraphics is seeking a senior QA leader to own and transform quality across our product portfolio. You will lead a team of 5 QA engineers, drive strategy, and champion automation and AI-enabled testing while coordinating with the VP Engineering and R&D teams.

This fully remote role is open to EU and UK candidates, offering flexibility and cross-time-zone collaboration to deliver high-quality software at pace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a QA team.
• Experience building or transforming QA strategy.
• Hands-on software testing background.
• Solid experience testing native desktop applications.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with UI desktop automation frameworks (WinAppDriver, Appium, etc.).
• Ability to integrate automation into AI-enabled build flows (Azure DevOps, Cursor, Claude).
• Strong communication with engineers, PMs and leaders.
• Experience working across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
• Track record of improving QA processes and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Design and own QA strategy across product portfolios.
• Lead transformation to automation-first, AI-enabled QA.
• Build a quality-focused culture across engineering.
• Establish standards and gates for product releases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product managers to integrate QA.
• Lead and develop a team of 5 QA engineers.
• Direct automation expansion and tooling roadmap.
