CoverGo | Insurtech is seeking a senior QA leader to own the QA function for its AI‑native insurance platform, guiding strategy, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will mentor QA Leads, drive automation across teams, and partner with engineering, product, and analysts to shape requirements and testing approaches. This is a fully remote role with global impact and a path to influence quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software QA experience across web and API apps.
• 2+ years in direct management of QA Leads or multi‑team QA.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to translate metrics into leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects.
• Define and enforce QA processes, tooling, and test coverage.
• Lead automation strategy and cross‑functional QA initiatives.
• Provide executive QA insights to leadership.
• Mentor QA Leads and engineers; foster ownership and excellence.
